✅ Service Types You Can Offer

Verified experts can create purchasable services in two main formats:

• Professional Services – One-off deliverable projects such as tax returns, company registrations, bookkeeping setup, payroll, or VAT submissions.
• Consultations – One-on-one sessions that clients can schedule and pay for in advance (e.g. accounting reviews, tax consultations, or financial advice).

You can set your pricing as:

• Per Project – For defined deliverables or one-time work.
• Per Month – For ongoing services such as bookkeeping or payroll.

Once your verification is approved and your service listing is published, clients can easily discover, purchase, and pay for your services directly through CheckTheBooks.

💳 How Payments Work

1. A client purchases your service.
2. The payment is securely processed and held in escrow by CheckTheBooks.
3. You deliver the service and mark it as Delivered.
4. The client confirms completion.
5. Once confirmed, your earnings become available for payout.

Escrow ensures payments are protected and only released once both parties confirm the service is complete.

💷 Payouts

• Payouts can be requested once your earnings are confirmed.
• Payments are processed weekly — requests made by Friday are processed the following week.
• Processing starts on Monday, and payouts are typically completed by Wednesday (or earlier).
• Additional bank or transfer fees may apply depending on your payout method or bank provider.

💰 Commission

A 10% commission is deducted from each completed transaction.
This covers:

• Secure payment processing
• Platform operations
• Transaction management

There are no hidden costs — aside from any bank transfer fees that may be charged by your provider during payout.
