What I do: recording financial transactions – recording of accounts payables (suppliers) and accounts receivables (customers), invoicing, and payments.
Ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies: reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
Payroll processing and all related tax and compliance- (s10 staff).
VAT returns – handling and submitting VAT returns.
Not-for-profit: fund tracking for restricted and unrestricted funds and donor reporting, accrued income mapping and accounting.
How it works: 1) Quick review and access, 2) Connect feeds and agree chart, 3) 30-day pilot, 4) Ongoing month end close.
SLA: weekly status email, replies within 24 hours, month end report within 2 days once docs/feeds are complete.
Tools: XERO/Sage/QuickBooks Online
