Finance and analytics professional (UCL MSc, CFA Level II candidate) skilled in data integration

I’m Lakshmi Menon, a finance and data professional with experience spanning financial services, fintech, and analytics. My focus is on helping businesses structure complex data, improve reporting accuracy, and make informed financial decisions.
At Bloomberg, I worked on data migration and integration projects for ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative investments. I standardised unstructured datasets, automated workflows in Python, and collaborated with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate reporting.
At First Derivative, I developed automated workflows for Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and KYC processes, applying natural language processing and machine learning to improve data quality and compliance. I also worked directly with stakeholders to present findings and streamline onboarding.
I hold an MSc in Business Analytics (Distinction) from UCL, where I specialised in predictive modelling, data visualisation, and financial analytics.
